The Personal Systems Group of HP India is looking at revamping and rebuilding its HP World stores in order to improve customer experience.



  Said Sunil Dutt, VP, PSG, HP India, "We have recently appointed Ranjivjit Singh as PSG Chief Marketing Officer. With him on board, we are putting in place a plan to revamp our retail stores. There is a significant change happening in customer buying behavior and our stores need to reflect that. "


  HP PSG has also strengthened the channel marketing team for consumer business. Deepti Dang, who for the last eight months had been handling marketing for both the consumer and commercial segment, has been moved to the new role of Channel Marketing Manager with a clear focus on driving retail marketing and channel development.


  "Deepti, who has given us successful campaigns for G-series Pavilion notebooks and Snap-on-Covers, will work with Ranjivjit Singh and Vishnu Taimini, Director of Consumer Sales to revitalize HP PSG brand experience at our retail stores and increase customer touch points .
